Yonex Japan Update

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to the victims of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that devastated the Tohoku region of Japan. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this tragedy and we sincerely hope for a quick recovery.

Yonex will continue to contribute to the earthquake relief efforts and assist the people of Japan in whatever way possible. We invite you to assist the recovery efforts as well. We are thankful to report that the entire Yonex Staff in Japan is safe, including all personnel from our Sendai branch office located at the epicenter of the devastating quake and following tsunami.

Our factories in Niigata are currently running a normal production schedule and have not experienced any manufacturing delays. The Tokyo factory is working in accordance with the rolling blackout schedule announced by the Tokyo Electrical Power Company; minimal delays are expected.

During the road to recovery, it is our wish to provide hope to those affected by this disaster through the enjoyment of sports.
